Every item is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.
Order Processing
Most orders are produced within 4–7 business days before they are shipped.
During holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and could arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, occasional delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control may occur. We appreciate your patience should this happen.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Carbon & Oak is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production, we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
