At Carbon & Oak, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Once we receive your information, we'll work with our print partner to arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
